EXPERIENCE & PREVIOUS ASSIGNMENTS: 'Training-programmes' and consultancy services have been undertaken for Ericsson Telecommunications in Malaysia, India, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Japan and Pakistan. A programme on entrepreneurship written by myself is provided through Ericsson Academy Malaysia to 'Perhebat', for retiring military officers' of the Malaysian Armed Forces. A competency-modelling programme, I co-developed has been implemented by Celcom a mobile telephone operator in Malaysia and training has been conducted for AIS Thailand. Commercial experience includes senior positions in sales/marketing and general management in the finance/banking industry, creative director of an advertising-agency and directorship of a manufacturing business. I have also delivered lectures to the "Australian Society of Accountants", the Queensland TAFE and various small business groups. Articles have been published in, The "Small-Business-Guide" for the State Government of Victoria (Aust.), The Australian Medical Practitioner, The Pathaya Mail and The Australian Accountant. I have also consulted to The "Australian Commerce and Industry Office", Taipei and The Commercial Division of the "US Embassy" in Jakarta..
